Blood Spotting

I am 7 weeks pregnant today and I have had some red spotting Saturday and today. It's been very little but is it something I should be worried about? Should I call the Dr or just stop being paranoid? My scheduled appointment is not until next Thurs.  I've read it can be common but online. Has anyone else experienced this in the beginning of their pregnancy? Thanks Ladies!!!
