Yes! They started taking my BP at the beginning and end of my appointments. Always drops by the end.

Yes, I have a wrist cuff at home.. I always take my blood pressure before I leave for my appointments and give the numbers to the nurse... I've heard having it taken at the end of an appointment works too.

Yep, I always have. The nurse joked at my first appointment they didn't kill people at the office, I was so sweaty and my blood pressure was so high. It's worse because I work in a medical field... I know too much haha.

I have combined obstetrics! I go to my GP and then into the antenatal clinic! At my GP's office im between 116/66 to 126/70 as soon as I go in to the antenatal clinic it goes up to 154/80 it's a bit ridiculous in there tho waiting around for almost three hours would make anyone's BP.go through the roof

Yep, I'm always higher at the drs office than when I take my BP at home-by like 10 points!
