Leaking after peeing

So Im 33w3d and today went to the bathroom andfinished peeing, wiped and noticed i was still lesking?!! Like i was sure i was done peeing. It seemed clear and dripping onto my underwear and down my leg?! It wasnt much( maybe 1/4cup). Do u think it was my water breaking?!! I wouldnt think so and i know late in pregnancy it can be hard with bladder control but this has never happened to me before. Im so confused and kinda worried.
