Sinus infection?

Yesterday I noticed that my nose was burning after my cousin sprayed perfume. I thought it was an allergic reaction of some sort so I didn't pay any attention to it. Now today it hurts so bad and it's swelling and draining fluid and a tiny bit of blood. I'm kinda scared because I've never had anything like this. I'm probably overreacting but I can barely breathe and stand up without getting super lightheaded from it.
