Nails turning yellow?

I noticed today that my nails are half yellow. The tops look normal but the bottoms are yellow. I've not had my hands soaked or anything haven't even done the dishes nails are not thick crumbly painful itchy ect

Any ideas?

It could actually more more serious than nail polish.

I had some on awhile back but not recently my nails were fine this morning then just bam yellow I haven't used any Polish removers in months or fake nails
