Symptoms waxing and waning?

Anyone else experiencing symptoms coming and going? One minute I'm feeling everything and then a little while later I feel normal. Freaks me out.

I think it's actually rare to have pregnancy symptoms every single day. My first pregnancy, I would sometimes go 24-48 hours without feeling sore breasts, nauseous, tired, etc. and would freak out thinking I'd start miscarrying (this was first trimester). It's also normal for symptoms to mix and match depending on the day. Really, symptoms WILL wax and wane for most people! Don't let yourself flip out unless you completely lose symptoms for more than 3 days. Keep in mind symptoms generally lessen starting at 9 weeks and can be more or less gone by 14 weeks when HCG levels plateau or decline.

My last pregnancy I was really sick, and I'm still really early but I feel totally fine and it weirds me out lol as annoying as morning sickness is it's kind of comforting at the same time!

I am. I feel bloated most of the time. But I am getting sore boobs and a really achey lower back and those come and go...freaked me out, thinking it could be a problem but I think we just need to breathe! Haha
