Breastmilk Stains?

My breastmilk stains all my clothes unless I use nursing pads (which requires I wear a bra full time). Whatever breast doesn't have a baby latched just dumps milk when he's nursing and it soaks everything, leaving stains. On most clothes they're just dark patches, but on anything white or beige, our detergent turns them grey. Is it normal for breastmilk to stain clothing? What, if anything, can I do to remove these stains?

I don't know about the stains but there's this thing called a milk saver that you use for your unoccupied breast while your baby nurses and catches all the milk. My SIL gave me one and I haven't given birth yet so I haven't been able to try it but maybe it's a good investment.

I saw this spray at Walmart the other day that was specifically for removing breast milk stains. I don't remember what it was called, but it was in the section with the breast pads.

I've never noticed my milk stain my clothes but then again I can't stand not wearing a bra especially now that I'm breastfeeding. Having my shirt get crazy wet is super annoying.

Put your free hand over the unused nipple while breastfeeding and apply light pressure, it will stop it from leaking. Invest in nursing camisoles, I hate bras and use nursing camis that way I can still pop a breast pad in fbut am still comfortable.  As for the stains try vinegar
