Failed at breastfeeding before, any tips on how to make sure this time I'm successful? I WANT to exclusively bf for at least 6 months, but had hard time with second child and since have got breast implants.. Very curious what I can do to help.

 I WANT to exclusively bf for at least 6 months, couldn't with first because he was preemie, but had hard time with second child (they gave her bottle while I was finishing c section and my theory is that's what derailed it from the get go)  and before I got prego this time, I  have got under muscle breast implants.. (The dr says that I should still be able to feed, but due to my failed attempt before I'm just Very curious what I can do to help.
