When you are using the bathroom for a bowel movement but it's not coming out easily you pretend your pushing out the baby or think about when it's time for labor and pushing?

I honestly think about Winnie the Pooh and his advice for opening jars of honey. Take a deep breath, twist, keep your pressure, and take another deep breath and twist some more. I'm weird but it always stuck in my head and seems like good advice for pooping (and having babies). Just push, don't twist.
