Opened anew bottle of prenatal pills and saw this?!?!?😳. They were free through my insurance but is this mold?

Looks like some of the coating from the pills. Was there a cotton ball inside ? Or super humid outside when deliver3d? Either way if that's some of the costing I wouldn't take those. Should never have residue in the bottle

My husband is a pharmacy technician for a major hospital and I showed him this he said don't take them
