Artificial insemination

My husband and I just did our first round of insemination on the 19th. AF should be here on the 3rd. My dr told me not to test until Friday the 4th. I had some light pink spotting last night which gave my anxiety so I had to test this morning. From what I can see it's a BFN but AF hasn't come yet. So I'll be testing on Friday too. I'm trying to have high hopes but it's just so hard with already taking one. Anyone done artificial insemination? If so, did it take your first round?
