Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!

I'm wobbling when I walk, heartburn has me sitting up to sleep,Dr says no sugar, soon as I attempt to complete a task my energy is wiped out, its still hot in Northern California, my babies think I'm being mean when I tell them to please give me some space, and lastly on top of it all I still have a good 27 days to go..😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
