So my 2 year little girl has these bumps. I have no idea what they are. They aren't all over her body just where I have shown in the pictures. She has had a few more recently pop up but I haven't taken pictures there is one by her heel and another on the top half of her foot. They seem to hurt when I touch them as she flinches and tells me it hurts and cries when I try to touch them or mess with them. The picture with the two right next to each other are busted and I believe healing ones. I don't know how they busted or if they busted because she might have picked at them I'm not sure. But they are still bumped up. They just keep appearing randomly. I have no idea what they could be. I have tried putting hydrocortisone cream on them but it doesn't seem to be doing anything yet. Any advice would be appreciated.
