Sneezing

Does anyone else ever have minor sharp pain in the pelvis when they sneeze, like where the baby sits?
My son stays on my pelvis but switches sides. He's currently on the right side and I just had a really big sneeze and I felt a really minor, but really sharp pain right where he's sitting.
Could it just be how I'm laying down? Cuz he's awake now and just let momma know it.
