Telling your parents..?

I need some advice on how to tell my parents. I'm 21 and I'm worried they won't be supportive and are going to be critical

I'm 30 have been with my husband for 13 years, married for 7 years. I own my home. I am terrified to tell my parents! My mom always says she doesn't want grandchildren and my dad doesn't like the neighborhood kids at all! They are going to have to get over it or get out of my life. I'm done dealing with negativity at this point in my life. My husband and I tried to conceive for a year before his pregnancy.

I didn't think mine would be either, and they were actually so excited. I was literally shaking, sweating and belly was in knots as I sat in their living room with DH working up to courage to tell them. I made these mugs and they were so so happy :)

I'm 22 and I bought frames and put babies ultrasound pictures and a t shirt saying I can't keep calm I'm going to be a grandma and gave it to both his mom and mine. That way I didn't necessarily have to say it to them they kind of just read it. Lol Good luck 😊

I found a poem online. I put it in a picture frame, then wrapped it and gave it to my mom. I wanted her to have something that she could always keep to remember that day. I'm 19, so I understand how your age plays a big factor into your nervousness. However you choose to do it, I wish you the best luck, and congrats on being a new mommy!

I was on the pill, and while my boyfriend and I have been best friends for closer to 2 decades we've only been dating a few months. We're both extremely excited, but I really doubt I'll have any sort of emotional support from my family.

My mom I called crying because I was in shock. My dad I called and he was super excited. The rest of my family made me nervous though. I just went for it. Nothing can change now that I am already pregnant so might as well lol
