Last time I was pregnant I had a horrible cold and took a lot of tylenol sinus and cold, it was the recommended amount. I ended up having a miscarriage at 9 weeks, today I had a headache so bad I am a teacher I had 30 kids I literally could not see straight and the pain was making me nauseous. I took one Tylenol. Anyone else have to take it in their first trimester I am about 7 weeks - I need a little reassurance
