Had a sonogram today and was told my placenta is partially covering my cervix at 11 weeks and 3 days!!

I have had 3 previous children and this makes baby #4. Ive never experienced anything like this and it kind of makes me nervous especially after reading today about placental previa. Has anyone experienced this? Overall my lil nugget was doing just fine very very active with a very strong heart rate of 156 bpm!
