Avoiding Pregnancy But...
I'm 336 lbs and on the patch...I think it's not as effective at that weight.
We usually start our sexual encounters using a condom...but it's rare that it lasts for the entire time for various reasons so he pulls out before he orgasms.
But with the way our sexual connection feels, I want him to achieve an orgasm while still inside of me.
What can we do, other than pay attention to when the app says I'm ovulating, to ensure when he does orgasm while still inside of me without the condom we don't accidentally get pregnant.
