Hcg levels

Mandy • Fri, Sep 04 • married 25 year old. been ttc for 1.5 years with no luck. irregular periods (three since stopping bc). just wanting some support.had a d&c July 6th and just found out I`m expecting for the second time

My hcg level is 45924.... I'm hoping that's good? My Ob isn't in the office until Tuesday and this is my second pregnancy. My first ended in a miscarriage by the fifth week. Anyone know if this is good or how far along I'd be? Because I don't get my period I have no way of telling.
