Apple cider vinegar

So... I read that apple cider vinegar is helpful for uti's, yeast infections, and vaginal odor and I was just wondering how accurate is that? Like have any of you had problems with it? Is there any health risks? How well has it worked for you? Honestly I just want other people's experiences!
