Odd symptoms ... Too early for period

Hi ladies! I posted about my husband and I trying for #2 during my fertile window and just feeling off and different since then. 8dpo I had cramping on one side - 9dpo I had spotting; enough to need a liner. Today is 10 dpo and I'm still spotting only enough for a very small liner (barely even that!) if it were my period it'd be quite heavy. I wasn't due for my period for another 6 days ... Could this bleeding be something else? Took a preg test yesterday (6 days early) and it came up negative. Just felt very tired, smelling things my husband isn't, cramping and bloating. Anyone have similar bleeding but get a bfp ? Thanks!
