High Grade cervical cells & the LEEP procedure

I just had an appointment with a specialist due to High grade cervical cells. I had a biopsy done on Wednesday .. And now I am booked for October 14 to get the LEEP procedure . I have been having problems conceiving & staying pregnant for the last couple years .. 4 miscarriages later & I'm worried this will effect my chances of getting pregnant , since I've already had such a hard time .. Does anyone want to share their stories it would be greatly appreciated. I have read online that there is a chance it could cause infertility..
