Might be TMI but I have a question...

In the last few months I've noticed pee smelling like Honey Smacks cereal. So basically it smells like honey. I don't eat cereal especially that kind and I rarely eat honey. I haven't even had any in the last few months. There is a history of diabetes in my family so I'm just wondering if any one has had this happen to them before and it's nothing or if it might be a sign of something...
