Help I need birth control

I've been off birth control for 11 months, now I need birth control again. I had the mirena iud for 3 yrs so I definitely don't want that again or any other iud. I've tried the nuva ring and didn't like it, I basically dont want anything going inside my body. I'm aiming towards a bc pill or the patch, any recommendations?
