Best time to ttc?

Question

So here's the deal. I'm 21 and my husband is 26. We graduate next December with our degrees (bachelor). I'm going to be a teacher and him a cop. But I don't want to teach for a while because I have an amazing PT after school teaching job and I love it. We're planning on buying a house after we graduate in December 2016. We wanted to ttc that same month.

Should we wait longer to ttc and buy a house? Is it important to have a house for a baby or would an apartment be ok?

I had my son while living in an apartment as far as living there's no difference. Only thing I would say is that buying after having a baby was a little more stressful only because of everything you have to do.

A lot of thing came up while buying our house so maybe if you get the house first and get all the little things and then have a baby! But of course it doesn't matter where you live as long as your baby is loved!!

We recently moved from a house to an apartment (a tiny one!) so that we would closer to work. We are having our first child there and I'm pretty excited about it. I'd like to save up to build in a few years. I say do whatever makes you comfortable. I will say buying & owning a home IS stressful. And so are babies.
