I'm kinda scared. Idk what's going on? Please help. Thanks

So I was supposed to ovulate on 9/2. I had ewcm and I took opk only for that day and it was positive (around9pm). I took another one the next day around 9am and it was positive as well. 2dpo I had cramping. I'm now 3dpo and I still have cramping. I just went to the bathroom and I'm constipated. So I checked my cervix and I had white mucus but I notice a tiny dot of blood. I checked again and nothing.
