Should I be worried !

I usually take my pill at 6pm and 3 days ago I forgot to take it until the next morning. That was 15 hours late and I took it straight as soon as I woke up and then my usual one at 6. Then yesterday and today normal . I had sex today and me and my partner use withdrawal method(I know sometimes gets in) and I don't know should I be worried or not. I always over think these stuff.... can anyone help
