I'm a week late tomorrow. IS ANYBODY USUALLY THIS LATE AND STILL GOT THEIR BDP

Took mad hpt's and barely nothing that i see anyway I think the one I did this morning was faint but I'm very unsure called my OB she said to take it over the weekend to see if I'm really  pregnant. Its so unfair that I see these women get their BFP so early. 😔 I have a the pregnancy symptoms but sore boobs I usually get the sore boobs before my AF. I'm urinating frequently. And let's not talk about nausea boy I went to a party last night  wasn't even in there for a hour and I got nauseous and puked outside. And  I'm bloated really bad especially in my abdominal. I have really bad gas and a keen Since of smell and small cramping not like af tho.  Idk I'm just confused. Maybe I need a blood test. Is anybody in my same boat?
