Bummed

I'm only 9 DPO, but I decided to be dumb and take a test this morning....BFN of course. Why do I do this to myself??? 😔 It seems like everyone I know is pregnant and every time I get a BFN I start succumbing to the fear that I might not ever get pregnant. How do you ladies that have been trying for a while hold out hope and not let yourself get so discouraged every month TTC?
