So I have my hair about up to my armpit. I used to have it passed my boobs but I got it cut for the summer to shoulder length. I didn't like it and started to grow it out again. But I was stupid enough to put blue semi-permanent hair dye in the tips. It stained. We used dye removal and didn't work so we cut it again. Is there any way that I can grow my hair the easiest and fastest? I am really desperate. I want my hair nice and long and have my dyed hair all the way to the bottom creating an ombre kind of effect. Please help me!
