Clomid and pregnancy symptoms

Ado • Lives in London, been married for 3 years and ttc for baby #1.
I have mild pcos, been taking clomid for 3 cycles but 5 days before AF  this month I strated having pregnancy symptoms, like stomach pain, back pain, light headed and nausea in the evenings. I tested today and its negative. So could clomid mimic pregnancy symptoms.
