Worried :/

Tiarnee🌱 • 21 years old. 2 beautiful daughters. Baby #3 Due May 2018! From Australia.
I'm 4 weeks & 1 day & so happy i'm pregnant but my lower abdomen is so heavy & hurts like a cramp but not too sore. I didn't have this with my first baby so i'm concerned. Is it okay? :(
