Butt Toning Exercises?!

Brandi • Mother of 6 beautiful children. Im doing me. Life is too short to worry about the small stuff.
Would like to know is the most effective exercise to tone the Gluts??? I have a very plump butt and need to tone it up. I've lost over 100lbs and things are not like they were. help!

Hip thrusts are definitely the best glute exercise. There are many variations that hit different parts of the muscle- shoulder elevated, feet elevated, single leg, etc. Other good ones are hyperextensions, reverse hypers, deadlifts (American and Romanian), hack squats, back squats, front squats, sumo squats, and lunges.

Lunges, squats, bike riding, leg raises. There's a lot more have a look on google and Pinterest :)

Squats and lunges are the obvious choices. They def work. I like what I call donkey kicks. On all fours and you kick one leg back and up as high as you can. Also same move but bring your leg out to the side for your side ass. Almost looks like a dog hiking lol
