I was on this type of bc for 3 months. (1 shot) i had no periods just spotting throughout the 3 months. Im not on it anymore and i cant stop bleeding. Like seriously. Its been a little over a month. What do i do? i know people take a hormone pill to bring it back to normal but idk what its called. I just want to have a normal period once a month again. Please help me? :(
