Anyone else content with waiting?

It's not that I'm not super excited to have my baby... But all of the sudden at 37 weeks I'm content with waiting. I am so excited to meet him but I know being my first, it will be absolutely life changing. Even though it's a good change! Im not stressed about having him on time, early, or late. I don't feel the need to try to encourage labor asap. I realize I may be eating my own words in a couple weeks. But I have to say... I'm surprised I feel this way. Especially since I've been so eager for this whole pregnancy to speed along. Anyone else?

I'm good during the day but at night I'm like okay.... I could have him now. Lol

I'm content on waiting. It feels like forever but that's okay.. During the day I'm fine for the most part but at night it's horrible trying to find a sleeping position that's comfortable. I'm happy as long as he's healthy and it wouldn't hurt If he went like two or three days past my due date which is sept 14th. My last day of work is sept 16th lol.

This is so me! I am so excited to meet her, but I will be happy whenever she decides to come out. I haven't done anything to encourage labor (except sex, but that is not the reason why Lol) and I am happy to just sit here with her in my tummy

Me too. I just started my maternity leave so I'm glad to have a couple of weeks to relax and/or make last minute preparations. Trying to get in as many naps as possible!

Yes it's my last baby. I'm happy to be pregnant as long as baby need to be in utero.

I wish I could just wait on her, but since I want to try for vbac they don't want me going much longer. I'm 40+5 today.

I'm due in 2 days and have still been very content with being pregnant. In fact, the thought of giving birth and not being able to feel him moving inside me ever again makes me cry. I have been so over emotional these last couple of weeks. I can't wait to meet my baby but want to enjoy every moment of my last pregnancy as I can. It's driving me crazy.

I am 37+1 and I'm more than ready for her to be out. I have an elective c-section scheduled for the 22nd sept (after an emergency with my first) but at this stage would try natural labour if it meant I didn't have to be pregnant for another 2 weeks! I was like you with my first pregnancy though, so I totally understand.
