Is 39 too old for have a baby

What do you guys thinking to have a baby at the age of 39? I really wanna have another baby but I feel like I'm too old I was in a relationship for 12 years n he was very bad so he never got me pg so now I met that wonderful man who love me n we already have our first baby 2 years ago but I really wanna give her a lil bro or sis but sometimes I feel I'm too old for have another baby
