Lump on belly

Hey all. This is an odd question and I plan on asking my doctor on Tuesday at my next appt but I wanted to share incase anyone else has the same thing going on. I have what feels like a hard lil lump or knot on the right side of my upper abdomen. It doesn't really hurt and I know it isn't my baby because even when she rolls around the lump stays in place. Anyone have any ideas what this could be or experience this too? PS : Almost 30 weeks! Much love sisters.
