Weight Loss Progress
Just a 1 month update on my weight loss progress. I have been following the Shredz 30 Weight Loss plan along with LIMITING (not completely cutting out) carbs, sugar, and fats. I've been drinking water (about 70 oz per day) religiously every day. For workouts I have alternated between HIIT cardio workouts (Insanity or running) and weights. I HAVE NOT WEIGHED OR MEASURED MYSELF YET because it discourages me always. I am not swearing off a scale or tape measurer until my 3 month point. 
Please do not judge me or post mean comments as I am already insecure in my body, I am a work in progress and I am only hoping to encourage and motivate others.
