Stitches hurting after 2 pp

Hey ladies, I gave birth 2 days ago and received 2nd degree perineal tear. I've been giving narco and Motrin as painkillers and it's been pretty bareable. I finally was able to take a shower today and noticed that the pain down there, as well as where my epidural shot was taken is hurting more than it has ever since the last 2 days. Just wondering if its caused by shower, or if it's normal. 😓
