custs on ovaries and ttc ?

iv been told this morning i have 15 cysts on each ovary at my latests scan. only reason got scan was because pain i get now and again on right ovary and this is whats happening. docs said i could have psoc but because got 2 kids amd no facial hair i shoudlnt have a problem concieving again and to give it a year. anyone bave any experience on this and also have them but have concieved im a little down :(
