Best friend 's boyfriend

I need your help girls. So I'm 18 years old (still young)I have a best friend and she has boyfriend meanwhile I'm single. Today we went six flags and we were under the influence. And I'm on my period. My best friend and I were talking and some how I said " you need to go ahead and make him mine" and I was talking about her boyfriend 😔😔 I feel so disgusting with myself. I said I was sorry and I didn't mean it. What should I do or say ? How do I make this right? Please help
