First Baby

Hi everyone! So this is my first baby and I'm super nervous about everything lol. The one thing I'm really scared of physically is weight gain. I used to be way overweight and I've worked hard to lose that, but Im still pretty heavy. Right now I weigh 160lbs and I'm 5 weeks. I seriously don't wanna gain anymore than 20lbs at the most is that even realistic or do i just sound silly? lol My goal is just to maintain a healthy diet and exercise plan for as long as I possibly can, and make sure that my baby is as healthy as possible!
