Could I be pregnant?

So me and my husband had unprotected sex about a month ago. A couple weeks after we had sex I noticed some thick discharge. I usually get this but it's never been this way. I called my doctor and she called in an antibiotic for a yeast infection for me . Well that cleared it up, then on random nights when I would lay down to go to bed i would feel nauseous. This went on for about two weeks (not every night). I've noticed my boobs were getting bigger, my nipples were getting darker and bigger too. And now I'm really bloated. And I have been for about a week and a half. I took two pregnancy tests but both were negative. I called my doctor and told her the symptoms I was having and she thinks I'm pregnant but it's too early  to tell on a at home pregnancy test. What are your thoughts?
