Boyfriend Problems

My boyfriend and I were fooling around and I gave him a blowjob. But the thing is, halfway through he lifted me up and brought me back up to the pillow. I thought it was kind of weird, maybe he wasn't into it or maybe I did something wrong. We went out to lunch afterwards and he seemed uncomfortable. I asked him if something was wrong and he said yeah. I have blue balls. I said "Well not my fault. You didn't seem too into it. Was I doing something wrong?" He said "No no no. I really enjoyed it." I left it at that, but I felt so bad, even though it wasn't my fault. He went home early because he wasn't feeling well because of the blue balls. I'm really confused.
