Incontinence

 Has anyone had incontinence issues after delivery?  I'm 4 days pp and last night while I was changing the babies diaper I peed through my pad, underwear, and shorts. I didn't even feel the need to pee before it happened. I was so embarrassed and started crying, but my husband made me feel better about it. I was told to do kegel excercises but I'm still in pain due to the stitches from the doctor having to cut me. What have you done to help???
