Went in to triage today due to vaginal pain and a tiny bit of bright red spotting. The doc did a cervical check and said I wasn't dialated at all. However, I noticed (pretty sure at least) he kinda did a twist w his fingers while up there and noticed it hurt more than usual.

He said everything looked fine, no bleeding etc. After about 20-30 more minutes of monitoring, they sent me home.

Of course they tell you that anything up there would cause spotting, including cervical checks.

However, I used the restroom before i left the hospital and the bleeding was significantly worse. It was like period bleeding. I have NEVER bled after a cervical check. And trust me, being high risk, I've had my number of checks. And have NEVER even so much as spotted.

I notified both the nurse and doc before I walked out the door of the amount of bleeding, both said it was due to the check and would stop.

That was at 830 this morning. The bleeding has slowed, but still hasnt stopped. It still shows on the tp.

Im not having any cramping or contractions, but the bleeding makes me wonder.

Anyone have any input? I feel like he may have messed around in there wo letting me know.

I see my OB Wednesday.

Anyway to know for sure? Help!
