Philia: Not a bad word?

Ce

So for another point of interest, the word "philla" seems to have some stimga about it. I assume because it's commonly heard when evidence or happenings of pedophilia occur unfortunately. I personally know 4 people who act like it's a curse word. 3 are elderly, so maybe it's just generation related, but the fourth is my age.

"Philia" refers to a "fondness, especially an abnormal love for a specific thing" to quote google. So really, you could say you have a philia for your SO if you wanted, although they tend refer to sexual fetishes.

Poll question: Are you offended by this word?

Comment: IF you know what your philia is (if you have one) and are brave enough, share it and explain what it is. If you've never searched to see if you have one, I want to encourage visiting google. It's interesting.

I'll start: Pecattiphilia. I am sexually drawn to things that go against what I was raised to believe was right or good religiously as a child. This seems to vary a lot from person to person, but I find my "version" a lot more docile than some other people with it. Your turn.
