Please tell me these are bh?

Ok so I'm not sure how to tell on real contractions verses Braxton hicks. But they are strong and last about 20-30 seconds about 2-3 minutes apart. Idk not my first rodeo but that was 5 years ago. Please someone help. Oh I'm 20 weeks today.

My bh contractions got pretty uncomfortable and patterned. But they can set off early labor. Mine with my first  had to be stopped many times. I dilated to a 4 from those episodes. If it's rhythmic and painful, go to an emergency room just to be safe.

Go to the ER. BH are typically not painful, they should NEVER have any rythem or pattern and usually should not have more than 6 an hour. What worries me is the pattern and pain level though, I'd go in just in case. 
My friend had real contractions at 20 weeks and they were able to stop them. Sooner you catch it the better. Good luck!

I mean if it's tightening and releasing and it's consistent and painful that's a real co traction. If you're feeling pressure on your cervix and discomfort that's probably ly just the baby and some bh
