I took a Tylenol pm to help me sleep since I haven't in almost 4 days other than small naps. I've been having period cramps for a few days loss of mucus plug no appetite yet always pooping. Well tonight has been massive!!! Ita gone from regular poop (lol sorry tmi) to loose stool. Im so tired but keep running to the bathroom. Why must I have diarrhea at night with work in the morning 😫😫
