I'm really open to any suggestions to help with trying to conceive. We haven't been protected for two years, but I would really like to actually start trying! I had an ovary removed in February due to a cyst that had been there for at least eight months! I'm very nervous to get another one on the other ovary. My OB will not help to much with a reproduction specialist because I am so young. I would love to get any tips on how to help move along this process! Thank you in advance
